Kate has a passion for all things real estate. The combination of Kate's own experience with renovations, as well as new construction, along with her eye for design and ability to see the potential in properties, allows her to educate clients on how they can use their personal real estate to not only create their dream homes, but also solid investments. Kate has worked on renovations both large and small; she has renovated four homes and built two new constructions for her own family in the last 14 years. Yes, six houses in 14 years! These projects entailed everything from minor aesthetic upgrades, to major additions, to complete demo, design and build. In addition to managing personal projects, Kate has advised friends, family and neighbors on countless projects. When Kate isn't with clients or drawing out plans for her next renovation, she can be found enjoying the best of South Florida lifestyle with her husband and three daughters.
Kate holds a BS in Finance from Bryant University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Connecticut. Prior to pursuing her interest in real estate, she spent ten years in corporate America as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank as well as consulting for firms throughout the professional services industry.
