Doreen started her real estate career in 2003 as on-site agent with one of Jacksonville’s premier builders and became their Top Producer with over $20 million in sales in 2006. Her previous memberships with the North Florida Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council, as well as the Treasure Coast Builders Association, have both contributed to her vast knowledge of new home construction and sales.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Doreen spent many years in customer service and her commitment to customer satisfaction is her number one priority in every transaction. Kristin Brauth

Kristin’s career, prior to real estate, consisted of fifteen years of work in financial services and non-profit management in New York City. Kristin worked at Citigroup for seven years in Corporate Banking and Risk Management and then went on to be the Director of Programs and Partnerships at Start Small Think Big, a non-profit organization that provides business services to underserved entrepreneurs.

Kristin recently moved from the Northeast and is excited to continue her career path in real estate in Florida. She understands that purchasing or selling a property is a very important life decision – with personal and financial implications. Kristin’s combination of strong interpersonal skills along with financial knowledge allow her to be a trusted advisor through the real estate transaction process. Christy Sheehan

Christy Sheehan earned her bachelor’s degree in communications graduating from The Pennsylvania State University in 1999. She also was named an All-American volleyball player while competing on the Penn State volleyball team, serving as captain and playing in two Final Four tournaments and two NCAA national championship games. Following her collegiate career, Christy went on to play professionally in the United States and Europe. Following her career as an athlete, she transitioned into the coaching ranks at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was responsible for coaching and recruiting, often landing the nation’s top recruiting classes.

Pursuant to her career in volleyball, she entered the sales and marketing arena, working for over a decade in institutional pharmaceutical sales (Eli Lilly and Pfizer). Christy was consistently named a top performer and President Club award winner.

Prior to joining The Sheehan Agency, she has assisted with the management of various residential properties through Juno Capital LLC and its affiliates, a multi-strategy real estate investment vehicle. Christy’s sales experience, real estate investment understanding and access provide a strong combination to help clients with all their real estate needs. Christy currently resides in North Palm Beach, is an active member in her community, and is a proud. mother of three young children.
