Space does not allow me to express the way Michelle Tucker and Molly Stone at Florida Living Realty handled our situation from start to finish. We had a very stressful move to make within less than a month. Michelle and Molly stepped up every time we asked something of them, but the epitome of professionalism and compassion came the day the rental property's management group accused us of not accomplishing paperwork for a deadline, denying our move-in date unless we delivered an additional RUSH fee to their office that day (impossible). Before I could even ask the favor, Michelle and Molly offered to deliver a check to the management group on our behalf. I have had the good fortune of working with Samantha Johnson on three transactions in the last five years. When looking for our first Florida property she located and negotiated the perfect property which we owned for approximately 4 years. There are not enough characters available in this review column for me to post everything I want. First class all the way. Michelle is the most organized, punctual, structured, respectful, courteous, trustworthy, understanding, compassionate person I have ever known. Those qualities alone make her one of the best realtors around. In addition to her personal qualities, she is the most knowledgeable realtor regarding her target areas. Such as the communities she works in, typical real estate transactions, short sales, bank negotiations, open or closed court documentation on properties, buyer to seller communication, seller to buyer communication and realtor to realtor communication. If you know anything about real estate, those are qualities and skills you know to look for. If you don't know about real estate that is what you should be looking for. I knew Michelle two years before I began to do my business with her. One day she asked me why I don't stay exclusive with one realtor. I responded with," In five years, I have never found one that I can trust, one that cares about me, my family and what's good for us, not just their commission." She looked at me with a stunned look. I think she felt I was directing it to her, about her. She did not know, that day was the day I would be asking her to be our exclusive realtor. After observing her with her clients for so long, I made a decision to have her be my realtor, to look after my properties and my families’ best interests. A relationship was formed and I have never questioned my decision. Michelle is a gift from the real estate Gods.
