David Berard Jr. played hockey for the University of Rhode Island and graduated with a degree in economics. After college, David became a licensed financial advisor which allowed him to gain a great understanding of real estate market trends in order to find the perfect financial fits for clients. As a South Florida native, David has extensive knowledge of the area and understands the importance of being committed, hardworking, and understanding toward customer needs. Aside from work, David enjoys fishing and has a 100-ton captain's license.
